Mirth Connect HL7 v2.x Interoperability
Mirth Connect is the world's most widely used open source integration engine. It supports multiple communication protocols and standards such as HL7 v2.x and DICOM, as well as remote files and databases. In this workshop, Integration Engineer Pablo Pazos introduces various standards and ways of working with them in Mirth, showing practical examples that will allow students to go from installation and configuration all the way to implementing practical cases in real projects.
The objective of this workshop is to quickly gain experience using the Mirth Connect integration engine in different health information interoperability scenarios, including data exchange cases with HL7 v2.x, HL7 CDA, and DICOM standards.
Mirth Connect is a very useful tool for integrating health information systems, and this workshop allows you to learn the tool in depth, with complete and clear examples, providing guides and code so that students can run all the examples on their own computers. This workshop summarizes years of experience working with Mirth Connect and provides tips and best practices for integrating health information systems.
The main audience for this workshop is IT professionals and students (software architects, programmers, technical leads, network administrators, among others) with an interest in health information systems integration.
PARTICIPATION certificates will be issued to all students enrolled in the workshop.
